For all username/password problems, please include your username and email address on the account or the signup information that was issued to you at time of purchase.

We can only mail a new password to the email used when purchased.

After emailing us your information a support ticket will be created. We are doing this so we can offer improved support and tracking of problems. All tickets will be resolved within 24 hours unless extending circumstances apply. You will receive an email confirmation when your ticket is closed, so please give us a valid email address.
